I'm going to be teaching a class of my own on Rally so I have to learn it front and back. My best way of learning it is to teach it to taz and go though a class myself. My therapy session today ended up being mostly about my mom. I'm not sure how it has left me feeling. A little lost, a bit sad. I was able to talk to Giles about it though and that does help. It's been a long week but the next two will be even longer, as I only have one day off per week but at least I'm getting 40 hours a week again. I just hope it doesn't burn me out too quickly. I read in article in Walk it Off about how to boost your metabolism, one of the things it was talking about was to keep moving. After you spend a long time not moving your metabolism starts to shut down. It had a few suggestions but the one I chose to start was was to replace my office chair with my stability ball.
